Hearst Castle ® Tours are Open

San Simeon , CA – Despite the recent winter storms, most of the California State Park facilities in the San Luis Obispo Coast District are open.

Hearst Castle ® is open for tours. For reservations please call
(800) 444-4445 or visit online at www.hearstcastle.com. The Hearst Castle Visitor Center is open including the Exhibit Gallery and the ARAMARK gift shop and food service facilities. The National Geographic Theater at Hearst Castle which features exhibits and the companion movie "Hearst Castle - Building the Dream" is also open.

Morro Bay State Park, including the campground, the Museum of Natural History and the State Park Golf Course are all open. Monta ñ a de Oro State Park campground and Morro Strand State Beach campground are also open. At William Randolph Hearst Memorial State Beach the day use area and pier are closed. The campground at San Simeon State Park is open with partial closures of some sites due to flooding.
